Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Grace Treehouse Preschool. Before enrolling your child in our preschool program, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment Agreement: By enrolling your child in Grace Treehouse Preschool, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Enrollment Eligibility: Enrollment in our preschool program is open to children meeting the age requirements as determined by Grace Treehouse Preschool. Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and complete enrollment information. During the initial registration process, each parent or legal guardian is required to complete a "Parent Questionnaire" for enrollment consideration. Following receipt of the application, an interview may or may not be requested. All parents or legal guardian enrolling their child must adhere and acknowledge our mission and faith statement, as well as our "mixed-age" classroom arrangement.
3. Tuition and Fees: Tuition fees, registration fees, and any other applicable charges are due as outlined in the enrollment agreement. Payment is expected by the specified due dates to maintain enrollment status. Tuition payments will be billed and processed through the Brightwheel app. Financial assistance is available for our program. Information and details about our Financial Assistance program will be provided upon request, and an application must be submitted for consideration.
4. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for your child's development and progress. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child attends preschool sessions punctually and regularly.
5. Health and Safety: The health and safety of our students are paramount. Parents or guardians must provide up-to-date medical information, including emergency contacts and any allergies or health concerns. Children exhibiting symptoms of illness should not attend preschool until they are well. All students must adhere to and follow our school's health protocol when returning to school after being ill.
6. Behavioral Expectations: We foster a positive and nurturing learning environment. Children are expected to respect fellow classmates, teachers, and school property. Any disruptive behavior will be addressed in accordance with our disciplinary policy. We, as a school, implement 'Positive Guidance' to guide and uplift our students.
7. Communication: Effective communication between parents or guardians and preschool staff is essential. We encourage open dialogue and welcome feedback to ensure the best possible experience for your child. All parent and teacher communication is conducted through the Brightwheel App. Administrative concerns and inquiries can be addressed or escalated via school email or phone. The use of other communication platforms is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our staff and students.
8. Parental Involvement: We value parental involvement in your child's education. Parents or guardians are encouraged to participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and other events to support their child's learning journey. We strongly encourage parents to participate in our 'Biblical Parenting' class, which is offered exclusively during the spring semester. This class is a unique offering of our school, and any sharing or use of materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination of Enrollment: Grace Treehouse Preschool reserves the right to terminate a child's enrollment for reasons including but not limited to non-payment of fees, repeated violations of school policies, or failure to comply with health and safety regulations.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Grace Treehouse Preschool reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions as necessary. Notice of any changes will be provided to parents or guardians in a timely manner.
